We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item(s) you receive, contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will exchange or refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping. If an item is gently used (less than half full) the credit will be 50% of the original purchase price. Regrettably, we are not able to accept returns with your pricing labels.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
Please send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Service for your protection and to ensure a timely credit. Skinny & Co. is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
Be sure to include your complete contact information with your return including your business name, address, phone number, email address, and Skinny & Co. order number. We will provide a return packing slip for you to include with your exchange or return product. Please specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Processing time for returns is 1 to 5 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your returns/exchange.
