Your satisfaction is our #1 priority at Skinny & Co. We aim to ship all packages within 1-3 business days of receiving the order when the order is paid via credit card, check, or there are terms on file. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays.
For domestic shipments to the continental United States, shipping costs are typically 10% of the order amount. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the United States, shipping can be up to 50% of your order amount.
We typically ship via 1-3 day UPS Ground for domestic orders in the continental United States, but 1-2 day UPS Air is available for Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently cannot ship pallets to PO Boxes, but we can ship packages to PO Boxes via USPS. We are currently not able to ship hand sanitizer or our essential oil rollers internationally.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE
Tracking is provided with every package. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us for a replacement by emailing email@example.com.
We can ship internationally via DHL as long as the packages do not contain hand sanitizer or our essential oil rollers. The customer is responsible for all customs and import duties.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
